I was in a pinch to find a inspector who could help me with a pre-inspection the Monday after the Superbowl. I didn’t think I’d find anyone even answering their phone, but Chris did on Superbowl Sunday. He squeezed me into his schedule for which I was very grateful. He showed up on time, patiently explained his findings as I accompanied him around the property, and later that evening sent my Redfin agent a complete and thorough report.
